General Conditions
Packages and rates are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply. Shreeban Nature Camp’s package prices are guaranteed upon full payment received online or at the nature camp. We reserve the right to reinvoice your reservation should an error be made in computing your package price. Package inclusions and options are subject to change without notice.
- Children below 6 years, accompanied by parents, are welcome without a charge. Children above 6 years will be charged for additional meal charges only (without an extra bed). Above 9 years will be charged as an extra person. (extra bed provided).
Cancellation Policy
- Reservation canceled/amended 30 days before the check-in shall be exempted from cancellation charge.
- One night stay on a pro-rate basis shall be levied for cancellation/amendment received up to 15 days before check-in.
- There shall be no refunds for cancellation received within 15 days before check-in or Show or Early check.
Arrival and Departure Policy:
- Check-In – 14:00 Hours; Early arrival is subject to availability.
- Check-out- 11:00 Hours; Late check-out is subject to availability.
Please note:
- There are no televisions or air conditioning at Shreeban Nature Camp.
- Shreeban Nature Camp does not have in-room telephones.
- All guest rooms and facilities are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside the building.
- Circumstances may arise in which a particular itinerary and/or other facts about an activity may deviate from what was initially agreed upon. We will make our best effort to provide suitable alternatives but will not be held liable for changes.
